The take it to the mat community believes that achieving optimal health is a 365 day-a-year endeavour. Our incentives are designed to assist you in your goal to live well every day. Each individual who reaches a specific fundraising level will receive an incentive reward.
When you raise funds for take it to the mat you supporting Canadians living with lymphoma. By aiming high and achieving your fundraising goal, you will support Lymphoma Canada in providing patients and their loved ones with resources they require to navigate powerfully through their patient journey.

Raise $2,500 – Incline Fit Zafu Meditation Cushion
Raise $5,000 – Wine Tour and Tasting Pass for you and a friend. Winery TBD.
